Noah Moore graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2021 with a degree in Political Science and Psychology. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial in August of 2022, Noah worked for Thomas Law Firm as a closing paralegal. His extensive background in the legality side of real estate, provides an advantage while helping advise his clients in their commercial real estate needs. Growing up in Columbia, his first-hand knowledge of the Midlands market and surrounding areas serves as a major asset to his clients. Noah has always had an interest in the commercial real estate industry and an ambition to help grow the region. Teaming with Scott Davis, he helps clients with all facets of office and retail acquisitions and dispositions, including leasing, site selection, and development. Noah is focused on bringing vital business to the area while also helping local businesses take advantage of the opportunities here through market analytics and creative solutions.

Noah was born and raised in Columbia and graduated from AC Flora High School. He attended the University of South Carolina and is an avid Gamecock fan. Noah works closely with Camp Kemo, a local foundation that supports patients with cancer and blood disorders, as well as their families. In his spare time, he enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with family.
